We stayed in a quarters room this time because i was traveling with two adult kids to attend a wedding. It was very comfortable but small with 4 built on cushy bunks. Not enough space for all of us adults to get ready for the event, limited usable dressing mirror and dim lighting. Because of this I would probably choose a double room like we did last visit. "Very nice hotel, the personnel was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, because is near the highway it was not quiet at night, and my husband who is very sensitive to noise did not have a good night sleep. If he had ear plugs it would have been fine."

"Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. They upgraded me to a recently renovated room without me asking. This was the first hotel. I’ve stayed in since Covid, where the housekeeping staff came in every single day to clean the room and refresh my linens. They also kept me with two bottles of water each day. I will definitely stay here again. It is located two blocks away from the 96th St. subway station so it is very convenient to get around Manhattan."

"The room was filthy. Stains on the bed sheets worn furniture hospital style bedding and towels mold on shower fixtures missing curtain in the room and so many more awful issues. Rooms are tiny- I’ve had hotel bathrooms bigger than the entire room. There was a line for the elevator to get up to guest rooms on the mezzanine where you had to change from lobby elevator that took a long time at ELEVEN AT NIGHT. There is a hidden $50 “service fee” that is NOT included in the final booking amount...

"What I liked about this place was the price and location. The bakery was also good for coffee and pastries. Rooms are tiny and the place is noisy, noisy, noisy. Holy heck, why don't hotels tell the cleaning staff to keep it down in the hallways when people are sleeping before 10 a.m.?
